Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time, please check your bank or credit card account. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as they may take some time to post the refund.

Exchanges

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
